Includes:

- 1 hour Goals Exploration and Analysis phone call 20 minute.
- Goal setting phone call on Monday 20 minutes.
- Goal review phone call on Friday 2 – 10 minute support calls for when you are struggling to achieve a days stated goal.
- 6 Morning acknowledgment texts in response to your morning goal(s) text.
- 6 Later day acknowledgement texts to respond to your assessment of your daily goal(s).
- 12 support texts for when you are having difficulty achieving a day’s stated goal.
